Begin by adding together the gross, or pre-tax, income received by all adults who will live in the home. Household income may include:
- Wages and salary
- Self-employment income
- Social Security or disability income
- Unemployment income
- Pensions or retirement income
- Child support or alimony, when applicable

What Will You Need to Apply?
Having your information ready can help make the application process easier. Before beginning, please know the following:
- The property address and apartment number
- Your preferred move-in date
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income for your household
Proof of income will typically include your three most recent paycheck stubs. Additional documentation may be requested depending on your household’s sources of income.
What Should You Expect?
Each adult who will live in the home must complete an application. All applicants are evaluated using the same established application and screening criteria.
Submit a $200 prelease deposit with your application. If approved, the remaining $200 balance is due at move-in. Deposit payments may be split among applicants Applicants should carefully review the complete Application Policy and Prelease Deposit Disclosure before submitting payment.
